If manufacturing errors occur (e.g., misprints, incorrect security features, material defects), customers may request a remake within 72 hours of receipt.
All requests for reprints or returns must include clear photos, order number, and error description.

Bulk corporate orders paid via bank transfer may be eligible for partial refunds only for confirmed production defects.
Fraudulent refund claims may result in account suspension and legal action.
